Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody for 1 year, 1 month and 5 days, is involved in one more similar case, gold ornaments were recovered from him, trial is at advance stage as out of 12 prosecution witnesses, 6 have already been examined and the next date of hearing is 29.09.2025, in view of which, his learned counsel withdraws the instant petition, however, prays that the trial Court be directed to conclude the case in a time bound manner.
