******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Alleged detenue Sanjeev has been produced by the police, who is in judicial custody in case FIR No.107 dated 05.04.2017 under Sections 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station Taraori, District Karnal.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

Mr. Jasbir Singh Ahlawat, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of victim Sanjeev, submits that he has been falsely implicated in criminal case just to cover up the story concocted by the police and seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies available to the victim.
