***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the copy of the compromise deed dated 17.03.2025, between the parties, which is taken on record. Even, counsel for the respondent/landlord, do not dispute about the arrival of the compromise, in view of the settlement reached between the parties.
In view of the same, counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue with the present revision petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.
Ordered accordingly.
