Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage submits that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent No.1 to decide the representation dated 15.10.2025 (Annexure P16) by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner.

On advance notice, Ms. Pratibha Bali, Assistant Advocate General accepts notice on behalf of respondents-State and on instructions from Mr. Kiranveer Singh, Sr. Assistant, Local Government, submits that the case of the petitioner is under active consideration of the competent authority and appropriate orders will be passed in due course of time. She further submits that she has no objection in case a direction is issued to the respondents/competent authority to hear and decide representation dated 15.10.2025 (Annexure P16) by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner.

In view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of and the respondents/competent authority is directed to hear and decide representation dated 15.10.2025 (Annexure P16) by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. Further the decision taken thereof be conveyed to the petitioner.
