The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 3 sub-section (1) (a) of the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 1988, seeking a direction to the respondents to grant interim bail/emergency parole/furlough for 4 weeks to the petitioner so as to enable him to get his children admitted into a new session of their school. 2.
