Learned State counsel on instructions from LASI Anita submits that FIR No. 75 dated 04.07.2019 for offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 377, 406 and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code has been registered against all the petitioners at Police Station Women Cell Jind.

In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the instant petition may be disposed of with liberty to petitioners to file petition seeking anticipatory bail in the aforesaid FIR. He, however, submits that sometime may be allowed to petitioners to avail the legal remedy.

In view of submission of learned counsel for petitioners, instant petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to avail legal remedy of seeking anticipatory bail in the FIR registered against them within a period of seven days from today. They be given 5 days advance written notice, if required to be arrested during this period of seven days. However, after expiry of this period police will be entitled to proceed further in the matter.
