RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this court by way of instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as the claim of the petitioner is concerned, the same is not in dispute in view of the official communication dated 9.9.2015 (Annexure P-4) addressed to Senior Accounts Officer,HSPCB, Panchkula-respondent no.3, but the matter is not being finalised and that too for no good reasons. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent no.3 is directed to take the matter to its logical end in compliance of the communication dated 9.9.2015 GREESH SAHNI 2016.07.12 16:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Senior Accounts Officer, Haryana State Pollution Control Board, Panchkula-respondent no.3 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioner raised vide communication dated 9.9.2015 (Annexure P-4) addressed to him by Scientist 'C' (HQ) by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. With the above said observations made and directions issued, instant writ petition stands disposed of.
