(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of appropriate direction to respondents No.2 and 3 on the representation dated 19.08.2021 (Annexure P-3), which is pending with them and no action has been taken till date. Despite second call, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

As per para 5 of the additional affidavit dated 16.03.2022 of Kuldeep Singh Chahal, IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, U.T., Chandigarh, petitioner-Deva Nand personally appeared before the Senior Superintendent of Police, U.T., Chandigarh. He was given opportunity to make submissions along with any evidence/documents towards his representations/complaints. -2CRM-M-35069 of 2021 the inquiry conducted through the SDPO East as also the documents/witnesses sought to be relied by the petitioner, representations dated 26.07.2021 and 19.08.2021 were ordered to be filed as the allegations levelled in the said complaints were found to be false and baseless and could not be proved.
