*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one Om Parkash filed CWP No.2209 of 2012 before this Court and the same was disposed of with a direction to respondent-State to relegate the case to the Officers' Committee constituted on 04.03.2010. The claim of the petitioner is at par with said Om Parkash.

Learned State counsel has not disputed the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and by considering the parity, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent-State to relegate the present case to the Officers' Committee constituted on 04.03.2010 with the same conditions as has been passed in Om Parkash's case (supra). Disposed of accordingly.
