The grievance raised by the petitioners in the present petition is that in the notifications issued for acquisition of the land, the same has been shown as agricultural whereas there were plots carved out as a result of which proper assessment of compensation may not be there.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the issues as raised in the present petition, before the Competent Authority at the relevant time.

Ordered accordingly.
