(Oral) The prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and decide representation dated 09.07.2015 (Annexure P-28). A further prayer for staying the operation of impugned notice dated 07.07.2015 (Annexure P-27) issued by respondents No.5 & 6 has also been made.

After arguing for sometime, when the Bench was not agreeing with the learned counsel for the petitioners, it was prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition. 3.
