(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the leave encashment of the petitioner is pending and has not been disbursed by the department. He states that the petitioner will be satisfied if his representation (Annexure P3) is ordered to be decided by the department. In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide representation (Annexure P3) of the petitioner within one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
