Perusal of the paperbook reveals that in consonance with the order dated 15.01.2026, passed in CM-25076-CII-2025, filed at the instance of the applicants/appellants, for restoration of the appeal, was allowed, subject to payment of Rs.5,000/-, to be deposited with the 'Punjab and Haryana High Court Employees Association Fund'.

The needful was, so done and the file was put up again before this court on 09.03.2026. Even, on the said date also, none had made appearance. Today also, none has made appearance on behalf of the appellants.

Seemingly, the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. Hence, the same is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
