******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for respondents no. 3 to 5 submits that detenue, namely, Vidya Rani, daughter of the petitioner has eloped with respondent no. 2-Kanhaya. Whereabouts of detenue-Vidya Rani and respondent no. 2-Kanhaya are not known to respondents no. 3 to 5 and they have also disowned and disinherited respondent no. 2. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Harpal Singh submits that police has registered FIR for offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366-A IPC on 19.06.2019 at Police Station Sahnewal regarding elopement of Vidya Rani with respondent no. 2-Kanhaya but has not located both of them so far. Investigation in that case is in progress and all attempts are being made to recover detenue-Vidya Rani and arrest respondent no. 2-Kanhaya.
