(Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for directing the official respondents to conduct demarcation of khasra No.5338/1205/4, village Sultanwind, Sub Urban Mahal-II, Tehsil Amritsar-I, District Amritsar, as despite submission of request letters dated 11.03.2026 (Annexure P-8) and 30.03.2026 (Annexure P-10), 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his other remedies before the concerned Revenue Authorities, in accordance with law.
