Jalandhar, District Jalandhar (Annexure P-1), on the basis of compromise dated 1.7.2024 (Annexure P-2).

After arguing for some time, once the Court was not inclined with the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
