(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court by way of present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondentCorporation to restore the cancelled allotment of the Industrial Plot No.C186, Phase 6, Industrial Focal Point, Dhandari Kalan in favour of the petitioner and to raise the demand of the dues, if any, after making calculation as per law.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedies as may be available to it in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies available to it in accordance with law.
