Learned counsel for petitioner seeks withdrawal of this petition in view of submission of learned State counsel. The instant petition is disposed of with direction to respondentauthorities to consider the premature release of petitioner under prevalent rules and pass a speaking order within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
