Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner was summoned by the police in connection with investigation in case bearing FIR No.105 dated 26.05.2019, registered at Police Station Haibowal, District Ludhiana for offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 IPC and after making enquiry about address of his son he was let off. Statement of petitioner-Radhey Sham Mehta to this effect was recorded by the police, which is Annexure A-1.
