******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Rohtash Kumar submits that alleged detenue Shehnaj was recovered on 30.08.2019 and her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. was recorded by learned Magistrate at Nuh, wherein she stated that she married Usman son of Bheemda of her own will. On the same day, she was sent to Children Home and now the custody of girl has been entrusted to petitioner on 03.09.2019 under the order of Child Welfare Committee, as such, this petition has been rendered infrucutous.

In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
