(Oral) The relief claimed in the present writ petition filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the unauthorized illegal encroachments over the land which is meant for religious building, exclusively mentioned in the Master Plan of HUDA, Sector 13-17, Panipat.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedy of Civil Suit. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies available to them in accordance with law.
