(ORAL) The present first petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.458 dated 29.11.2022, registered under Sections 148, 149, 171-F, 323, 324, 326 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (Sections 307 and 379-B of the IPC and Sections 25 of the Arms Act were deleted later on), at Police Station Hathin, District Palwal.

Reply way of an affidavit of Aman Yadav, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Crime, Faridabad, has been filed on behalf of the respondent-State. The same is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 09.06.2023, the petitioners have joined the investigation. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are not required for further investigation.
