(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 582 of the BNSS for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate legal action against respondents No.4 and 5, who are trying and making an attempt to forcibly take away the vehicle of the petitioner bearing registration No.PB 04 AE 7714 with the help of recovery agents and henchmen.

While drawing the attention of this Court to the account statement (Annexure P-1), learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an amount of 1,63,050/- is due to be paid by the petitioner, which ₹ he undertakes to positively clear on or before 15.07.2025. 3.
