In compliance of order dated 08.06.2023, status report by way of affidavit of Mr. Ashish Chaudhary, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ambala Cantt., District Ambala, has been filed by learned State counsel on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 along with the statements of respondents No. 4 & 5 in Court today, which is taken on record, wherein, it has been stated that there is no threat perception to the petitioners. 2.

In light of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the competent Authorities, in case, any threat perception arises and the same shall be looked into in accordance with law.
