(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court by way of present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents to decide the claim of the petitioner for allotment of plot in lieu of Baras as the rehabilitation policy dated 27.02.2001 and in view of the judgment of Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 168 of 1983, decided on 11.09.1997. 2.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action by incorporating better particulars.
