******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Hira Singh has been produced in Court. On enquiry, he has submitted that in fact he has gone to Police Station alongwith panchayat but his sister-in-law Manjit Kaur was wrongly informed by someone that he has been picked up by the police and she moved application to Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this Court. He further submits that he is presently living at his house alongwith his family members.
