(Oral) The petitioner has approached this by way of present criminal writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 3(I)d of the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoner Temporary Release Act, 1988 (in short 'the Act'), seeking parole for a period of four weeks to enable the petitioner to get his three children admitted in the school and to arrange fees for them.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority, in accordance with law..
