Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had moved an application, copy of which has been placed on file as Annexure P-2, before the Superintendent Jail, Gurugram seeking parole to get the house repaired but the same has not been decided, so far. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondents to look into the application submitted by petitioner Annexure P-2 and to decide the same in accordance with law/rules on the subject within a period of two months after the receipt of this order.
