**** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J. (ORAL) The petitioners are seeking a direction to the respondents to implement the benefits of special allowance of Rs.2000/- and further to release the same along with its arrears on the delayed payment. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the other similarly situated employees are getting special allowance of Rs.2000/- per month and the petitioners are also entitled to the same. He also contends that the petitioners have sent a legal notice (Annexure P-6) to the respondents in this regard and prays that the petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondents to decide the same.

Issue notice to the respondents.

Mr. H.S. Batth, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of the respondents.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the legal notice dated 05.07.2022 (Annexure P-6) in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
