(Oral) The primary grievance raised in the present writ petition is regarding the eligibility of respondent No.5 - Savita @ Seema Devi, for the post of Sarpanch in the general elections, which were held on 17th January, 2016 in village Bass Hariya, Tehsil and District Gurgaon. 2.

The petitioner has alternative remedy of election petition and the Civil Court has been notified as Election Tribunal. 3.

In such a situation, we refrain to entertain the petition and relegate the petitioner to avail the aforesaid alternative remedy, in accordance with law.
