The present petition has been filed raising challenge to the order dated 20.03.2018 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kaithal, whereby an application under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 has been dismissed. 2.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in Court today and same was the position from the last three dates of hearing. It apparently seems that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the petitioner to file it afresh, in case, any cogent cause of action survives.
