-.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Prayer in writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to consider candidature of petitioner and permit him to appear in HCS (Executive Branch) Mains Examination in pursuance of advertisement No.3 of 2018 on the premise that petitioner has secured more marks than stipulated cut-off marks.

This Court on 1.7.2019 ordered for hearing of present petition with Civil Writ Petition bearing No.16706 of 2019 and called upon Mr. Kanwal Goyal, Advocate representing Haryana Public Service Commission orally to produce OMR Sheet of petitioner. Mr. Goyal submitted that petitioner has obtained 128.48 marks whereas cut-off was 130.31.

Alleged calculation of petitioner of having obtained more marks is wholly preposterous and a figment of imagination. In fact, petitioner has not been able to secure cut-off marks and PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.07.04 18:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
