Main case:

Through the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 94 dated 22.07.2021 registered under Sections 353, 186, 332, 148, 149 IPC, at Police Station Balachour, District SBS Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as other cases against the petitioner are concerned, in case bearing FIR No. 09 dated 09.02.2017, he has undergone the sentence and in second case bearing FIR No. 90 dated 15.07.2021, has been granted the concession of anticipatory bail vide order dated 28.02.2022.

   Vide order dated 08.10.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench, ad interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner. !

         Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Pawan Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is not required for any further investigation. He further submits that I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 08.10.2021 granting ad interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
