Learned State counsel submits that the statements of the parties have been duly recorded and there is no threat perception. Even otherwise, the parties do not fall within the definition of live-in relationship and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners today. In light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Court, in case the same is found to be false.
