******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.37 dated 26.03.2019 registered for offence punishable under Section 304 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Sadar Ludhiana, District Ludhiana.

Heard.

Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Balbir Singh submits that pathological report about death of Satpal Moudgil has been received. The police does not require the custodial interrogation of the petitioner, as such, he may be directed to join the investigation. In view of submission of learned State counsel this petition is allowed. Petitioner is directed to surrender before the police and join investigation within a week. On his joining the investigation, he shall be released on bail subject to his furnishing bonds to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer.
