Present:
Mr. P.K. Sehrawat, Advocate for petitioner.
Mr. R.K. Doon, AAG, Haryana.
CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Reply filed on behalf of respondent No.6 in court today is taken on record.
State counsel on instructions from ASI Rajender Singh stated that no FIR has been registered. However, it has been pointed out that some departmental proceedings were taken against petitioner, resulting into stoppage of two annual increments with temporary effect vide order dated 30.11.2018. The relevant part of reply is reproduced as under:- ".....The matter was forwarded by the DSP Loharu for legal opinion and the Ld. Assistant District Attorney opined that no cognizable offence is made out against the petitioner." In view of such circumstances, grievance of petitioner no longer subsists, as challenge in writ petition was with regard to impugned order dated 25.02.2019 whereby direction to lodge FIR against petitioner was issued.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
