(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner - Balvir Singh in case FIR No.22 dated 04.03.2019 registered under Sections 458, 323, 427, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Chhajli, District Sangrur. On instructions from HC Harbhajan Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner - Balvir Singh has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

In view of above, order dated 01.07.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
