(ORAL) The present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.182 dated 07.08.2020, under Sections 61, 78(2) of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, registered at Police Station Sadar Nabha, District Patiala. Issue notice of motion.
Mr.Hittan Nehra, Addl.A.G., Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the State.
Heard.
Recovery in the present case is of 84 bottles of country made liquor.

CRM-M-29941-2020 -2released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
