The petitioners merely seeks an order directing the respondents to decide their application dated 05.02.2014 addressed to the designated officer for exemption from payment of advance tax under the Punjab Value Added Tax Act, 2005.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the said application by 31.08.2015.
