Learned State counsel submits that detenue-Shinder Singh was called to police station in connection with an enquiry in a complaint against him and was released thereafter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the detenue was illegally detained and was released after filing of this petition and there was no complaint against him.

Keeping in view the fact that detenue-Shinder Singh has since been released, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner or detenue-Shinder Singh to avail other legal remedy available under the law. ( SURINDER GUPTA ) July 03, 2017 JUDGE jk Whether speaking/reasoned:
