This petition has been filed for grant of regular bail in FIR No.127 dated 20.12.2020 registered under Sections 22 and 61 of NDPS Act (Sections 62, 22(C), 27 and 29 of NDPS Act added later on) at Police Station Fatehgarh Churian, District Batala.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody for the last 1 year and 8 months.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.
