This is an application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for amendment in grounds at page no.11 para no.17. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed subject to all just exceptions. Amendment sought is permitted to be done.

With consent of both sides, the present petition is preponed and taken up today.

The present petition has been filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail pending trial to petitioner in case FIR No.84 dated 13.07.2019 under Sections 307, 302, 120=B, 140, 149 IPC; Sections 3(2) (v) of SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Sadar Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.





2After arguing for some time, learned counsel for petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.  !- ./ 01
