(ORAL) After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined in view of the advance stage of the trial, a prayer was made by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that he would not press the instant petition and instead would raise all the pleas with respect to the ownership of the vehicle in question from which the alleged recovery was affected, during the course of trial.
