CHANDIGARH CWP-132-2016 Date of decision:- 07.01.2016 Jaspal Singh
...Petitioner
Versus
The Chandigarh Administration and others
...Respondents
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S.J. VAZIFDAR, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN PALLI
Present:
Mr. Rishab Gupta, Advocate, for the petitioner.
* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (ORAL) The petitioner has challenged the order of resumption and the order dismissing his revision application against the same. 2.
The impugned order expressly records that only a part of the building violations had been removed and that the petitioner expressed his inability to rectify the remaining violations, although he was specifically asked to do so. 3.
It is now contended that the order wrongly records that the petitioner refused to remove the remaining violations. It is stated that all the violations have in fact now been removed.
4.
In that event, it is for the petitioner to first have the order corrected by making an appropriate application to the revisional authority. 5.
In the event of the application for correction/modification being made by 11.01.2016, the parties shall maintain status quo in respect of the premises till the application is disposed of.
6.
It is, however, clarified that the petitioner shall in the meantime maintain status quo in respect of the property in all respects. 7.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 8.
A copy of this order be furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner under signatures of the Bench Secretary.
