The petitioner is a judgment debtor. A decree for the recovery of money was passed against the petitioner and in favour of the decree holder. In the execution petition, the schedule of sale of the attached property of the judgment debtor was issued which prompted him to file the present revision petition.

The learned counsel representing the respondent submits that the decree has been satisfied as the judgment debtor has already been paid the amount.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner is not present. The revision petition is disposed of as infructuous with the liberty to the petitioner to file an application for recall, if the facts are otherwise. 4.

The miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
