ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Grievance of the petitioner stands mitigated by way of Resolution dated 01.12.2020 (Annexure P-13) passed by Panchayat Samiti, Dasuya/respondent No.3 followed by a settlement Agreement (Annexure P16). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the said resolution has since been implemented, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition, as long as the parties remain bound by the aforesaid resolution.
