RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.106, dated 31.05.2017, under Sections 498-A, 406, 494, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Dharamkot, District Moga.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction for redressal of her claim. Allowed as prayed for.
