(ORAL) Mr. Ankur Mittal, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, states that when the application for grant of route permit was made by the petitioner, no statutory Scheme under Chapter 6 of the Motor Vehicles Act was in operation. However, subsequently statutory Scheme of 2011 came into force w.e.f. 03.05.2011.

In view of the aforesaid factual position, we find that this petition is rendered infructuous and accordingly stands dismissed as such. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
