Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for issuance of directions to the learned trial Court for expeditious disposal in a time bound manner, of the application arising out of CRM No.4903-2025 titled Baljinder Singh Vs. State of Punjab' (Annexure P-3). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner limited his prayer to the extent that application for supplying and preserving CCTV footage of the petitioner (Annexure P-3), which is pending for the last more than six months, be decided expeditiously.

Trial Court is directed to decide the aforesaid application (Annexure P-3) expeditiously in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the next date of hearing fixed before it. 6.
