******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Kamalpreet Kaur daughter of respondents no. 4 and 5 is present. She submits that she is major and is presently residing with petitioner in his village Khokhar Bet, Miani, Tehsil Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw the same.

Learned counsel for respondents no. 4 and 5 has raised issue about age of Kamalpreet Kaur at the time of her marriage and validity of marriage with petitioner. These are points to be seen by the Court at appropriate proceedings. In this petition, no action is required to be taken in this regard.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
